- Multiple Smoke Alarms and Carbon Monoxide Detectors
- Fire Extinguisher: Find it inside the cabinet under the kitchen sink.
- Electronic Keyless Entry: Both front and back doors are equipped with keyless entry systems, and each guest is issued a code unique to them, providing easy and secure access to the property.
- Cameras: Positioned around the house facing outward, except over the private back patio area, ensuring security without compromising privacy. All recordings are deleted after 30 days if no incidents occur.
- Secure WiFi: Our WiFi system utilizes modern encryption.
- First Aid Kit: There is a First Aid Kit in the kitchen cabinets under the sink. Please use it as you need to.
- Outdoor Lighting: A motion-sensor flood light outside the front of the house.
