You’ll be spending a lot of time Downtown, exploring the local restaurants, galleries, and attractions. When you’re ready for a relaxing day at home, this living room and dining room area will easily become your group’s favorite hangout spot. Comfortable furniture, great natural lighting, luxury finishes, and natural elements create a stylish and comfortable place to take it easy. We were intentional about the materials we used when curating this space: we wanted to infuse natural elements like wood and leafy houseplants to bring the outdoors in, but we also wanted it to feel modern and artsy, which is why you’ll notice luxury furniture, clean lines, bright colors, and smart home technology.
The living room and dining room effortlessly blend, making it easy for people to sit at the dining room table to work or play games. In contrast, others relax on the leather sofa, browse the home library, or binge-watch their favorite shows on the massive flat-screen TV. The open-concept layout and the careful placement of the furniture create a warm and welcoming space perfect for hosting movie nights, game nights, or quiet nights at home. The living room and dining room are complete with:

There is a ladder in the living room that leads up to a loft space. This is the only area in the home that is off-limits to guests. For your safety, please avoid using the ladder. We know the ladder can be tempting for little travelers, so we’ve added a soft guard. Feel free to browse our home library or break out one of the board games for a classic family game night.
